Global Fine Print
These are the restrictions that apply to every Fetch Puppy deal (unless specifically contradicted in the deal's fine print):
- Not valid for cash back (unless required by law).
- Must use in one visit.
- Doesn't cover tax or gratuity.
- Can't be combined with other offers.
- Can't use until day after purchase.
BUYING & REDEEMING DEALS
Are there a minimum number of deal purchases required like with Groupon?
No. When you buy the deal from Fetch Puppy, it's locked in and you're ready to redeem it.
Do I need to use the deal on the same day I buy it? Can I use it the same day I buy it?
You can use most deals the day after you purchase them. You must wait to print the Fetch Puppy deal certificate until the day after the deal runs.
I bought a Fetch Puppy deal - how do I use it?
You'll receive an email with a link to sign in and print out your Fetch Puppy certificate. The certificate has directions and redemption instructions right on it. Then, you just visit the business and present your certificate...They'll have a list of all the sales and will mark yours off once redeemed.
Can I buy a Fetch Puppy deal as a gift for someone else?
Sure. Unless the details of a deal specifically state otherwise: gift away! Just select GIFT at time of purchase and you can fill in their name, a message, etc.
Can I combine my Fetch Puppy deal with other offers or specials?
Typically, no, not unless the Fetch Puppy deal specifically states otherwise.
Are transactions through Fetch Puppy safe?
Extremely. Your credit card number is transmitted by SSL directly to a secure electronic vault. The transactions are very secure.
Can I return a Fetch Puppy deal?
You may return your Fetch Puppy deal within 30 days of the original purchase for a credit on the credit card used to purchase the deal. Return requests made after 30 days, while not exceeding 120 days and the expiration date of the deal, will be issued a credit towards future Fetch Puppy purchases.
What happens if my Fetch Puppy deal expires before I use it?
Our general rule is that if it expires -- it expires, but just email us, and we can try to work something out.
Can I use a Fetch Puppy deal at a restaurant or bar for alcohol?
Yes, and enjoy! (Unless the Fine Print explicitly says you can't, in which case, well, you can't. Sorry.)
What if the business for my Fetch Puppy deal closes down?
If anything happens that makes it impossible for you to redeem your Fetch Puppy deal certificate, we'll make sure you get your money back.
REFERRING DEALS
How do I refer a business for a deal?
Referring businesses for deals through Fetch Puppy is pretty simple.
If there's a business you know which:
- is local
- could benefit from a boost in customers
- could use more regular customers
Then talk to the owner about submitting to a deal on Fetch Puppy. You can also come up with a specific deal if you wish, outlining:
- WHAT is being sold: (product or service)
- the AMOUNT of the DISCOUNT (half-off is best!)
- Limitations to protect the business:
- limit number per customer
- limit total inventory (so Fetch Puppy can't OVERSELL their stock)
- specific expiration or validity dates (we usually require deals to be valid for 3 months minimum, but there are exceptions...especially for tickets to events, etc.)
FOR BUSINESSES
How can I get my business on Fetch Puppy?
Just create an account for yourself and submit a deal, or email us for personal assistance.
I own a business and want to submit a deal for it. Can I get the Referral Fee as well?
No. You can't "refer" yourself.
How will I know when the deal for my business has been scheduled?
When the deal for your business is scheduled, you'll get an email from Fetch Puppy at least 1 week in advance, and then again 1 day before. Then you can know that the NEW CUSTOMERS are coming soon. You'll then receive an email the day after the deal runs with info for you to download, such as a list of all the SALES by the NEW CUSTOMERS you can soon expect at your door.
How will I handle redemption of Fetch Puppy deals at my business?
You'll get a LIST of the NAMES of all sales of your Fetch Puppy deal. Customers are advised to bring in a printout of their Fetch Puppy certificate. So it is best for you to collect the printouts and mark REDEEMED customers off the list. Otherwise, use whatever system you see fit. This is a great way to promote your business without any out of pocket cost.

Why does Fetch Puppy give a 10% PERK of WEEKLY SALES to non-profits?
As New Orleanians, we know the value that non-profits bring to serve our community. That's why a local non-profit will be selected to receive 10% of all sales completed on Fetch Puppy for a specific period of time. When the non-profit is selected, please help us support this organization that contributes to our community.
After all, the SPECIAL SAUCE of FETCH PUPPY is the community itself. Therefore, CUSTOMERS WIN (getting great deals), BUSINESSES WIN (getting new customers), and THE COMMUNITY WINS (giving a portion of sales to worthy local organizations).

What is Fetch Puppy?
Fetch Puppy is a New Orleans-based online daily deal site. Our goal is to assist local businesses to attract new customers and help consumers save money. We do this by offering terrific daily discounts for services and activities in our city. We have also created a unique fundraising concept for schools and non-profit organizations through the daily deals.
